        had a Covid Jab booked today 09/10/2022 at 5:05pm, for my Mother but the Centre was closed no access to the facilities. Gates closed with chains round them total waste of people's time unacceptable!

        Thankyou so much to all the doctors and volunteers at Rutland house for being caring and efficient in the execution of their duties during this extremely difficult times no amount of praise is enough for the people involved THANKYOU

        Vaccine Center busy but organized. Good experience and kept to the appointment slot. Those complaining need to be patient and arrive in good time to be seen on time.

        Vaccine centre, Shock, Lines reminds me a Airport waiting lines despite I everyone should be on prearrange time. 2 metre apart rule does not exist - ironically. lady who is administrating shots is eating in between patients, when I notice this I gently asked her to clean hands, so she instead of soap and water ( she was EATING ) she decide that drop of Sanitiser will do a trick. I would prefer that she had a proper break when she can sit and have her tea in peace. Even Vet giving shots to Cattle in the barn is using water to wash his hands. But Stay safe every one. Monty Python in a real life.
