What a rude company, customer service lacking! I visited this garage last week to book my car in, I wasn't allowed into the building and had to speak to the staff through the door intercom system whilst stood outside in the rain, This is difficult as there are cars passing by and both myself and the staff were slightly deaf. I then arrive to drop the car off at the agreed time, to be greeted with a hostile attitude asking "what car as we get tens of cars dropped of a day." Maybe starting with "hello" instead of staring blankly at me would of been a better start to the conversation. I decided that I would take my seemingly inconvenient business elsewhere if this was going to be the tone of the service. strange way of dealing with people but hey ho no sleep lost good luck lads. ATS down the road were a great set of guys and sorted me out with a smile.
