If you want to get into Paramotoring Paul Haxby is your man. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience within the sport and around it. Starting off paragliding and then moved over to the motor side of the sport. He has accomplished and trained many a pilot and there is nothing he doesnt cover. I found his way of training to be not only enjoyable, but also extremely informative and most importantly safe. What I like about him is his professionalism, honesty, patience and sense of humour as you need plenty of this as it is more difficult than what I thought, but with the right guidance and persistence from Paul, he will have you up in the air in no time and also at a good price. I had a few group lessons and also 1 to 1 lessons which was nice to do both as I learnt fast and also had people around to enjoy it with, having said that the Paramotoring community are very welcoming and Paul introduced me to a lot them. If you are like me and always dreamed about soaring the skies like a bird and wanted to watch the sun set from above the clouds, dont ignore that itch, just go ahead and scratch it. Call Paul Haxby

If you're interested in learning to pilot a paramotor then Paul Haxby of AXB Sports is your man! If you're anything like me then you've probably watched hours of paramotor videos on YouTube, forget all of that and call Paul! I booked in for 5 days training and expected several students on the course, how wrong was I! It was just Paul and me, one to one tuition. First day was all about ground handling. I trained with the wing I would go on to fly and also on a smaller wing when the winds were too strong. Paul's instructional technique is first rate and his knowledge and experience of nearly two decades in the sport shows through. He is also the world's most patient guy! By the end of day two I launched for the first time, all recorded by Paul on several cameras and under constant guidance via radio headset. Day three was a half day and by the end of the evening I had completed four more flights including an engine shutting down the engine and gliding in from 1000ft and a longer flight of about 20 mins. I could go on but I won't. If you're serious about flying then call Paul Haxby at AXB Sports! Tell him Steve Jeeves recommended him. Have fun and safe flying.
