Absolute rip off, so called technician came out, switched the machine on and off, spun the drum, told my wife that the machine was no good, but they had one in the shop, 500 for the washer, talking to a friend he came round, found the problem, brushes burnt out, which according to electrofix it didn't have, no wonder they wanted to take the old one away, replace the brushes, good profit on a resale. Great way to treat pensioners, would definitely recommend to stay away

I would highly recommend Electrofix, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Needed a new washer for a property I rent, landlord out of the country so a 3 party purchase, with a bit of backwards and forwards communication. Messages were answered promptly even out of hours, helpful and made the purchase so stress free, everybody involved were friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Will definitely use them again in the future a 5 star company with 5 star employees Cara Wright
