Excellent service nothing too much for them I wasn't sure what I wanted and the staff were very help and gave me good advise turned up in store a week later rang to advise and held on to my floor until I was ready to collect nothing too much trouble excellent product

Really disappointed. Had some flooring fitted with this company this week after multiple fitting cancellations. We ordered additional scotia on to our purchase to avoid the skirting boards being removed but the fitters forgot to bring the scotia and removed our brand new skirting boards without permission and damaging nearly all of them in the process. Not only are they damaged, they didnt even try to reattach them. Also after giving the measurements to the show room the fitters didnt bring enough laminate to cover the floor and are now trying to recharge us to come out again to fix this.

More than happy with our purchase and especially want to mention the warmth of the staff (Richard and Sharon) not pushy at all but very helpful and nothing was too much trouble including offering water to our dog on a hot day. also the cheapest prices we found in Doncaster

Great knowledge and service. Quick and prompt service. Floor fitter was excellent and very tidy - thoroughly recommend.
