        I pierced the 19-month-old girl and chose a pair of 18 kt earrings. they told us that they didn't have them in stock and offered us others also of 18 kt yellow gold. They went to the back and prepared everything, came and did the piercing and only after that we noticed that the product is not the one we chose. it was the same model but white gold. they apologized for the confusion and assured us that in 3 weeks they will change our product. I went after 3 weeks and they told us they didn't have it in stock and I got nervous. They called the security from Franceghate and took me out of the shop because I was yelling at her. I have now filed a complaint with Claires and am waiting for the result. The same white woman with shoulder length black hair looking at the hostile world.
