Very rude owner. Spoke down to us as tenants, asked personal questions and tried to scare us with bullying tactics. All they want is your money however never respond to phone calls or emails. Anthony is very rude, unprofessional and quite frankly pretends to be something he isn't - good at his job! If you do have to deal with this company, ask for Victoria as she has the intelligence and decency to communicate with you properly.

Unbelievable incompetence and ineptitude. Cannot handle personal sensitive information correctly, admin disorganised, lost data or asked me to repeat and submit the same infomation when applying for a property literally FIVE times within 24 hours. Holds a non existant credit score or any credit score below 460 against you regardless of how many years ago it was. Will not let you rent a property without a guarentor, keeps your deposit if you wish to withdraw your application or if your application fails to pass a credit check. . 1st Update: in response to reply from "Owner" You were emailed my deed polls change of name legal documents to back up proof of current name, in addition to a passport, this has been accepted by NHS, and many government agencies, your female employee telephoned me and it was agreed with her i sent this, which i sent immediately after she hung up. I then asked her to withdraw the application as i wasnt happy with the service. So, i suggest, you bother to check my last email to Kerrigans, see its attachments, retract your outrageous accusation and change your career to pulling pints, as you'll be best suited. If your response remains here, i will contact the authorities and file for defamation of character. 2nd Update: Again... Kerrigans office continue to harrass leaving me voicemails and alter their response to my review. Their original response was completely different, it was fairly intimidating. The private rented sector dont normally feel compelled to credit check induviduals, this new phenomenon is becoming a trend in Doncaster, hardly anywhere else. Have you become a lending institution now? No. You're a letting agent with something to hide, most likely to deflect from what your not doing that you should be. Anything to gloss up your image and make tenants / applicant feel stupid. So, your response was altered on here, i take it, thats an admission of guilt from a guilty party. That'll teach you next time, not to be so quick to jump to conclusions. You're also taking this matter so casually, when you knew full well, you asserted the most innappropriate comment on a public domain. 3rd Update: More perpetual lies. I explained on the phone to your offices, numerous times, when asked, to credit check myself with "Equifax" that i have attempted to do so, and explained to your useless admin, there is no trace of me, she and i, had this discussion already, i cant help it, if i dont exist on a system designed to put obstacles in the way of decent law abiding citizens accessing your services. How is that my fault??? You need to get rid of your policy or very soon you'll struggle to find tenants. Do you not consider that people you have indeed credit checked and now live in one of your properties, can still get into debt without you being aware, but at the time of application, they got through the process. Its like a DBS / CRB check to get a job, for example, even if it passes, that doesnt mean circumstances wont change down the line. Or perhaps the person hasnt ever been caught. Its called logic, and critical thinking, something 9 to 5 drones dont have the capacity to understand. 4th update: A name change is completely normal, multiple times is normal. Dont make assumptions. People are entitled to do this, we live in a demoracy in a 21st century Britain, we have freedoms, common law, and human rights. It should deeply alarm any reasonably intelligent reader, that the author of this review (myself) has been forced to provide readers with many updates of what appears to be a blatent disregard for my explainations, you keep deleting and editing your replies. The timescale from 2015 has no relevance either. My passport was accepted with deed polls by 100s and 100s of companies. YOU WERE the exception. I supplied ALL details you requested. Your typically doing what a desperate person does when they LOST the argument, which is to 'ad-homenin' me, you clearly have NOT read my replies. My experience is VALID.
