        I ordered some dresses online and I was out of the return period. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful, gave me a reference for exchange/spend the amount instore. Then I visited this store in frenchgate, told them I live abroad and the manager said as the items on sale now I can only spend 16 instead of 38. LOL. I contacted customer service again and they gave me a full refund. Honestly the attitude is disgraceful making their own rules and hoping to sweep it under the carpet. I hope they don't rip off people too often.
