        This store sells Absolute rubbish Ive given them many chances but every time I go in I get a faulty product faulty Xbox, kids toys and even bikes for the kids and then you go to explain the problem the store and managers do not want to know its an utter disgrace a company that will do anything they can for money to keep hold of it for a fault broken product telling you its not their problem even when you bring the receipt think trading standards needs to investigate this place really really badly run store DO NOT use if possible folks!

        Absolutely shocking. They accepted Scottish bank notes last month but month after saying they don't. Shame on you smyths Doncaster!!!

        Cant thank the lady who served me enough for exchanging my daughters roller skates as time limit had gone over but due to my mum passing away just before Christmas suddenly I didnt get round to exchanging for bigger size! Very helpful and kind to me! After having bad experiences in smyths several years ago they have got lovely caring staff! Thank you again my 10 year old will finally get to use her roller skates after bad year weve had this year
