        Horrible agency. We went for a viewing on 29/10 and decided to rent the house which we have informed Lydia about on 30/10. Several phone calls later we have still not received any reply to our original email (22 NOVEMBER now) Absolutely no respect to people. In the meantime we applied through another agency, got approved and referenced in 2 days and are moving in within a week from the original viewing. I cant even think how would management with Lydia look like! Avoid if you can!

        This company is a fraud. I'm taking legal action as I write this...he trys to obtain money thats not required, and been paid all ready!!
