        Absolutely disappointing. Never again. On numerous occasions they have missed out the vanilla ice cream that comes with the waffle, huge shame as that is my favourite part. I will give credits that the brownie waffle has an amazing taste, but the overall service means I wont be ordering again. The milkshake I ordered had hardly any biscoff taste, was watery and the straw was missing so I had to use a spoon.
