Wouldnt go near this estate agent again. Was great at first (when they needed a tenant) they failed to inform us that our landlord was selling house and resulted telling another tenant instead of us. The whole point of having an estate agent is so you have little to no contact with the owner of the house however when he was selling we literally git harassed daily on moving out (obviously this is not down to the estate agent but if they told us sooner i dont think we would of been bombarded with messages from the owner (daily) even though we had 6 months left on our tenancy agreement. We reported issues on the dashboard and could take weeks/months for this to even be picked up never mind fixed When we first moved in none of the appliances was wired in, so had constant ringing around, No Ariel Cooker wasnt wired in, even the bath wasnt sealed correctly which resulted in the roof of the kitchen (kitchen was below it) flooded and needed to be decorated, fast forward decorators come in and use wall paint instead of roof paint and its now 2 different colours Id just avoid this estate agent

Not even one star. The worse agency I ever see .. left me a month to make an appointment to wiew the house.. When I was called they were saying call me on Monday, call me on Friday.. I was calling them and they again were saying we will let u know and I never had phone back from them they.. After a month which I was waiting and calling them everyday today was the day of the truth.. They said the House is under Reference.. So people be careful they are just laughing and trying to put u down.. NO MANNERS AT ALL..

Great team of people doing their best for their tenants. Definitely worth contacting if you're looking for somewhere to live.

Great housing the staff are helpful and friendly the landlord dose all repairs promptly he keeps the gardens weeding and cleaning would recommend to everyone
