I am in process of purchasing a property in Doncaster in the hopes to rent it out. As I am new to the area I wanted to contact a couple of letting agencies to gain some valuable information on; the area, licensing, rates, planning, finding builders etc. When I met Kim, Chelsea and the rest of the team I was blown away with the level of professionalism and understanding of the sector both past, present, future calculated predictions. They have helped us a great deal developing our planning proposals, sourcing builders and gone over and above our expectations by being proactive, resourceful, friendly, and just all round willing to be helpful.
