        Purchased a property April 2022 had loads of issues Regarding conveying conducted by Foys. Conveyancing executive is not a solicitor so be aware of this .Documents not checked or signed i would not have purchased if i had know the properties issues with deeds and limited guarantee on title.Raised complaints to Foys completely dismissed and covered up the negligence .This is Currently being investigated by other legal departments.
