        Not happy with the way they pressure you ensure your partner is there when the salesman calls. They say their appointments take 90 minutes but it only takes 5 mins to measure up and discuss options. The rest of the time is their high pressure salesman pushing you to accept their price which has been discounted because it was always going to be high in the first place. Plenty of other firms to choose from who are far more customer-focussed.
