Shambolic, damaging vehicles with forklift trucks all because they have no keys . Complaint gone in Unlawfully damaged vehicle -5 stars

South Yorkshire police used mvs recovery to recover my stolen car, I had nothing but hassle with them, entitled staff that couldnt care less about giving you any help or level of service. Constantly calling them with no help and just been told no to everything, no communication skills at all, then finally told I can come collect my property after me calling for 3 weeks saying I need the stuff, to be made to wait over a hour to have access to the car to get my stuff out of, I did ask if I needed to make an appointment to get to the car they told me to show up inbetween 9-5 and someone would be-able to give me access, no mention of waiting for a hour! just excuse after excuse and nothing is in there hands or Responsibility, asked to speak to owner and she couldnt care less either that there had been no level of service just blamed the police, should be ashamed, if your going to take a contract on stolen car recovery you would think you and your staff would have some sort of empathy to the situation but obviously this company is just about money!!!
