Ordered food at 20:30 still not delivered at 22:30 but being saying it's on its way for over an hour tried to call multiple times and the phone is switched off

I ordered two hours ago and still waiting, have called 4 times and no answer.

I ordered from this establishment recently and did not receive my order. When I called the restaurant to question this, they told me it had been delivered. It absolutely had not been delivered and when I asked them they would not refund me or send out a new order. The customer service was appalling and they essentially accused me of trying to scam them and they even lied about the directions they had taken to get to my apartment. Do not order from this company as they are rude and unethical.

Please don't order, 18 for 2 slush that you couldn't tell the taste of plus late delivery so tasted more like water. Driver didn't even know where she was going. No contact free delivery, never wore a mask. Never wore gloves. Handed food straight over within 1 meter. Absolutely appalled. Movie night snack box didn't come as described food was missing. The only good thing to come out of it was Ben and Jerrys ice cream.
