I on behalf of my family and myself would like to thank Holistic care 4U for there kindness, respect and care they gave my mum recently in what was difficult circumstances for us due to the sudden and short onset of my mums illness. Not only did they care for my mum but also treated my dad with kindness and offered to help him if needed. They treat my mum with dignity and we will be forever grateful to them xx

We moved to Holistic Care 4U Ltd in June 2020, initially they were a brilliant care company very responsive and nothing was to much trouble. However their service started to go down hill often having no care cover for some calls so family had to pick up the calls if their staff was on holiday or sick!! as had only 1 full time carer and 1 fill in carer in the Doncaster area. When you pay for care you expect just that. In the end failed to fulfil this commitment.

Where circumstances prevent you from providing the support and care that your loved ones need then look to Holistic Care who provide a standard of care way beyond expectations. Prior to losing Dad 4 years ago he reluctantly acquiesced and had home care four times daily from a Team arranged by the Local Authority who were friendly, reliable and did the job. All in all it was a satisfactory experience which enabled him to stay at home with Mum despite his high level of dependency. Two years later when Mum's health started to fail we initially supported her with private care which gave her greater control around the timing of visits and she always knew who was coming. Quite soon additional support was needed and Mum was fearful of returning to a situation of not knowing who was going to be washing her and when would they arrive (Dad had enforced lay ins on several occasions due to delayed arrivals). All of those fears however were unfounded when TT, Gloria and their Team took over her care right up to an including the time of her death. Their reliable, calm, quiet, thoughtful and capable approach to care ensured Mum maintained her dignity, self-respect and sense of humour throughout. I recall her being worried about a "man" washing her but TT was soon her favourite and I can still see her now showing me how gentle he was. Thank you so much to Holistic Care. Every Mum deserves you.

I wish to register our families sincere appreciation for the care provided by your company to our Mum Peggy during August to October last year. The support provided was of great quality, delivered in a very caring, calm and consistent manner. It was certainly appreciated by Mum and provided great comfort both to her and her family during a very difficult time. You team did your company great credit and your manager TTs interactions were of terrific value. Thank you

My mother has Dementia and I struggle to manage her without the help of Holistic. They encourage mum to eat meals in a friendly and funny way. She had previously been losing weight and wasn't a happy person. She now enjoys the carers company as they play dominoes with her and laugh a lot. Holistic even help me manage my feelings as it is very difficult having a parent with Dementia. I am so relieved they are part of her daily routine, I know she is safe and well looked after. They genuinely care and are incredibly professional. Thank you Holistic Care x
