Absolutely disgusting, told my father who is an alcoholic that is okay to drink on the weekend, never gave him the 1 to 1 sessions he was supposed to have either. Place needs better staff or needs to be shut down entirely. Thanks for nothing guys.

My friend needed help to go to rehab. And the staff just make it difficult. They only offer the cheapest option. They send addicted people to a methadone pharmacy. This is the peak of their capabilities. Although they get money from the state budget, money from our taxes. Money to treat addicts. What are they doing with that money? Addicted people need rehab. And no walks to the pharmacy. The staff think drug addiction is like cigarette addiction

The woman I saw today had no clue about what the reason was.she said we don't go into that because its a trigger for them.so the patient will be festering in there reasons for drinking, instead if talking about it.i know it's not all patients need that but the majority it will helo trust me I went through all that and it was a massive help.myself I was a chronic alcoholic.the lady looked at me as though I was telling her how to do her job when in fact I was trying to offer my advice on my experience and journey with alcahol .I have been sober for 14 years, she said we can't do anything.being sober for that long doesn't mean I don't struggle.there are new struggles I'm going through and it's hard.she was really aregant.she went to get another employee.he said after hearing me I can go to group relapse prevention.all in all there has to be a massive look into what's going on to get better than 2 star rating.i have been to hell and back.it took 3 years in and out of 3 rehabs to get sober.i would love to help and offer any advice I can.not looking why some people drink and not try to address them, will not help them in the long run.i suffer from PTSD from a very traumatic experience where some one died.a nd depression which I go to a psychologist for help with this. I am struggling at the moment and need a bit more support.some staff need to take a look at themselv you only have a 2 star rating.it's failing to give people the right help.so if the staff listen or ask for advice from people who have been down that very long and dark rabbit hole and clawed the way back up little by little to sobriety and back to living not existing.

My key worker Claire is great and really wants to help me even when I forget my appointments she gives more chances. I think they should supply the gym membership again though cause myself and alot of people I know would definitely benefit from it!!

My key does not listen to me what so ever I have told her about myself having ADHD but does not put them in my note but will say I'm of my face when in fact I'm just hyper and sober plus she thinks I don't care about my treatment
