I registered with Charlotta and she was fantastic from day 1. We arranged to meet and discussed what my preferences for work would be. Academics is a wonderful agency that really listens to their employees and are incredibly kind, efficient and friendly! Since starting to work with academics as a supply teacher I have had work every single day I am available. They are hands down the best agency to work for! Clare, Rebecca and Dan are a wonderful team that I cannot praise enough.

I have been with them since September 2022 and I am very happy with the agency they take into account that you do have a family and can travel up to a certain amount of miles. Very understanding and really care about if your not happy somewhere. I deffo would recommend joining agency if u tend to be bored in one work place and love meeting new people and see the difference you can make with the kids when you are on placement.

Academics is a fantastic agency to work for. I signed up and registered Sept 2022 and have had regular work (as much as I want) since week 1. They cant do enough to help you when you call for support. All staff are really friendly and work to your specific requirements. If youre thinking of joining an agency, academics needs to be considered!
