It was my first time having botox and I was booked in with Nurse Jacques. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted to see from the botox results but then also gave me her own professional advice which showed she cared for the best outcome to suit my face shape/type etc. She explained the whole process to me and made sure I was happy before starting treatment. I received an aftercare leaflet and was booked back in for routine follow up by the lovely receptionist Chloe. The salon is a beautiful building inside and out and all the girls are so welcoming. I had non surgical rhinoplasty done with Jacs, which I have been considering for years but having a fear of needles put me off. I am so so glad I finally had it done, Jacs made me feel right at ease, and my finished result has given me so much confidence. Cannot thank her enough
