Serenity Therapies

I have had various treatments by Karen at Serenity Therapies. All therapies I've tried were of a high standard. I would recommend all the treatments, but my favourite is reflexology.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia several years ago and every year my pain levels have got worse. I was lucky enough to get a taster session with Karen at a friends and it was amazing. I then decided to book a full appointment for an aromatherapy massage and that night was the first night in years I had a good nights sleep. I now go on a regular basis and Karen has transformed my life allowing me to carry on working full time and have less pain than before. I would highly recommend anyone with an invisible illness to go to her, she has a magic touch that is life changing.
