Why oh why did I wait this long.. As we get a bit older things tighten up. Help is at hand... Upper and lower back pain for months.. My sister in law recommended Wayne and I am so pleased I listened to her. A very very knowledgeable person. He explained exactly what my problems were and how they affected my back. I have had issues with my back, neck and arm over the years which have been extremely painful.
