I have never had such a wonderful experience having a full body massage and sound bath. A warm room overlooking the minster, lovely aromas of essential oils filled the air and calming background music created an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Nikki asked if I had any particular issues or spots that needed more attention and she definitely helped release the tension (my legs). I asked that it wasn't a gentle massage in those areas and that if I was hurting I knew it was doing good. She was so apologetic though when she'd found the spots that were giving me the most grief, I couldn't help but laugh. A gentle back and shoulder massage followed to bring me back to being grounded and a warm towel laid over me. After a couple of moments being still, I had no idea what to expect with the gong sound bath but WOW.. It was like something I have never experienced. Knowing I was awake but suddenly feeling like I was lucid dreaming and then back again. I honestly felt like I was euphoric but calm, and felt the after effects were like tripping on drugs for about 2 hours after I left. (don't plan to use heavy machinery afterwards if you have one!) I'm already looking forward to my next sessions with her.

Absolutely amazing experience!! So good if I could afford to I would have a massage every week! The sound therapy aswell is such an unreal experience Definitely recommend
