        As company and also an Receptionist, i know that a nice polite manner on the phone is always needed yet as i enquired "ENQUIRED" about something the gentlemen was very rude on the phone and spoke to me in a horrible tone i will also be leaving a review on Yelp. As some advice i would work on communication skills as others may find this worse.
