        Shocking company. Had arranged for a vehicle to be collected last week. No show and when I called them, I was advised they couldn't arrange due to no drivers and public transport. I had to contact them! Rearranged again for today 08/11/22. Again, I had to call and again they have advised they can't collect vehicle. Staff totally disinterested and no resolution. Avoid at all costs.

        Failed to collect my car 4 times, sold car through Motorway, now the buyer has cancelled the sale because of the length of time these idiots took to collect.
