One Call Claims

Had to use this company for the salvage of my car through a no fault accident. Picked up my car 3 weeks later than arranged therefore delaying payment for me to purchase a replacement vehicle. Had to chase up with several calls. I then found my cat s car repaired and for sale on marketplace along with the 2 child car seats which should have been disposed of. These are potentially damaged and may not work correctly in an accident therefore putting a child at risk of serious injury.

Absolutely shocking service from this place, no communication at all , after a week without a word from them we finally found out who they had passed insurance claim on to and found out none of details we provided them with had been passed over , avoid them like the plague they are terrible, we have complained about this company to the ombudsman..

Poor service, unable to phone in, have to use the portal and online chat. Can't recommend this company and would avoid even if it was the only insurer available in the UK

Hope and pray you dont get in an accident with somebody covered by this company there in no rush to reply to emails and if by some miracle you can get through to them they offer minimal to no help! The fact that one of there customers drove straight into the back of my car youd think theyd be a bit more prompt in sorting things out but this is far from the case ! Good luck
