Mr Cotterill recently helped us with a complicated contract dispute with a defendant who wasnt keen to cooperate to resolve things amicably. The defendant resisted mediation and sent robust warning communications and legal threats to dissuade us from pursuing the return of our deposit. Mr Cotterill unpicked the case and ranked our best courses of action. He made us aware from the beginning of potential pitfalls and appraised us of the financial reality of the dispute we were entering into. He bought clarity to our minds and made the eventual court hearing much less intimidating than it might have been. He helped us with the bewildering legal procedurals and when things went slightly awry gently nudged them back on track. The Judge ruled in our favour for the full amount in an intricate case.
