My room was clean and tidy and well looked after. With everything you'd expect.
Food is extremely basic "school dinner" standard and overpriced in my opinion.

Walkability: On a busy road between roundabouts, you need to be fairly quick across so you don't pipped at but other than morrys there's nothing you can really walk to.
Noteworthy details: Ask for a room overlooking the car park it will very likely be quieter!
