        I rang this shop to confirm where they were located. He told me I was at the right place, to then he told by someone near by its moved to a completely different area. I then re-rang the shop explaining the mix up, we were 10 minutes away from their new location, he agreed he would wait for me to come to fill my gas bottle, as I told him I drove an hour to come to his shop. When I got there, 4 minutes BEFORE closing time, even after agreeing he would help me, he turned me away. My time has been wasted and Im VERY annoyed. Very unprofessional. Do not give false hope to customers to then let them down.

        Ordered 2 breach safety flags (25g total weight), paid 8.34 postage and sent out Royal Mail 2nd class. No prior mention of what postage method or other options available. Emailed to raise the point and ignored.
