Just a tad bit sad that in order to join the force you have to answer questions about what your parents highest grades were and whether you had to have free school meals or not growing up. this has nothing to do with police force mentality but it sounds like blocking lower class from applying. and needing a level 3 qualification in anything to apply? nobody tells you anything of the sort while you're growing up so by the time you are old enough to apply for the force if you haven't already done a level 3 course for another career entirely you will be stuck not being able to apply? all i wanted when younger was to join the force but now the "low staffed" government job can't try and find people in the lower class society who want to do something. what does free school meals and my parents education have to do with me wanting to join the force!?
