If I could leave no stars I would. Been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Initially at the start of the year we ordered some signage for our wedding and were told there would be a 4 week turn around. 4 weeks came and went with nothing being recieved. Emailed a couple of times for an update as we appreciate that sometimes things get delayed, no response. We went onto their Facebook and left a comment asking for an update, again no response and my message was then deleted. Due to no correspondence and our wedding date looming we had to go order from else where Then out of nowhere our order arrived. about 3 weeks later than expected and not only was all of our order not there some of the parts that did arrive were damaged. We haven't even bothered to try get back in touch as we don't expect a response. If I were you I wouldnt bother wasting your money with this lot. There are so many more people who do this sort of thing now that will be more than happy to help you and be about professional about it all at the same time

Was told my order would be shipped by the end of the week (would have been December 9th). Emailed for tracking information the week after to then be told it would be shipped December 16th.. item never arrived which tells me it probably wasnt shipped in the first place. Glad I paid with PayPal!

I placed an order 6 weeks ago and was aware of the current 4 week turnaround of orders. As we are going in to week 7 I thought I would email to ask where my order was, but no reply as of yet so then I thought I would ring the number on the website. No answer!! This is very frustrating as its a gift

If I could put 0 stars I would! I placed an order for a personalised cake stand for my wedding (Date printed on the stand). I contacted Amy after the initial delivery date had passed and was told it was due to be shipped the following Friday. Fast forward some weeks, my wedding has passed, I DID NOT receive my cake stand and the company are now yet to reply to my previous 3 emails. Avoid this company at all costs - terrible customer service and lack of care shown
