Every time I call to ask for an appointment, especially for my little boy, an appointment is given. The doctors and nurses have always been really helpful and listened to any issues, not just with myself, but my parents and grandparents. Brilliant surgery

Today they have a target practice/meeting which the voice machine doesnt mention when you try to get through to the practice. The voice only mentions that the practice is not open. I couldnt find any information online or has been informed via an email or a letter from the gp. Which is in my opinion just poor communication towards the people who they providing service to. So the lady at the reception tried to make me feel guilty about going in. She was clearly not happy that she has to do her job and she has to be there because people still attend some sort of health care. She was very arrogant and entitled. I am not being funny but she receives her pay check because of those annoying people who dare to call the practice and make her work for her money. May be next she should think a head and suggest a more informative voice message on the phone line so when people like myself call the practice. Which bear in mind we payed for, will be more informed . So Her Royal highness wont be bothered by peasants such us myself.

I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 days now. Whenever i call, i get put in the queue. They have the option to give you a call back when it's your turn in queue. I request this yesterday. Still no call back. I called today. I went from position 15 in queue to position 10. Then they just hang the phone. They literally just turned their phones off, as i tried calling again. Worst clinic ever, will change them as soon as possible. Absolutely no consideration

I like this surgery, things have been tough for the NHS in the last few years and they do look out for their patients. Big thanks to admin staff too.
