Extremely disrespectful when putting a body into the back of their vehicle to take to the mortuary. I would give zero stars but the system does not allow it. I would not recommend them and would avoid at all cost.

Shaun was excellent, gilded us through all our options and explained everything, as we was all very sensitive about loosing a loved one. shaun was caring, understanding, very polite all though arranging the funeral! Also Shaun was brilliant on the day, talking us through everything as we went alone. Thank you so much. From Pam & John xx

My nan funeral was today I can't thank Mark and his team enough he gone above and beyond for us he had a difficult one with us as we didn't know wat to have but he put us at ease and help us thou it thank you so much Mark u made the day so nice for us from Claire and the family

25 years ago The Coop handled my fathers funeral with great respect and dignity. Today, the equivalent amount was displayed for my uncles funeral after almost a year long battle with cancer. Yesterday, I visited him in The Chapel looking beautifully peaceful in blue; today, I said my goodbyes by placing a red rose on his grave. An incredible send off facilitated by Shaun and his colleagues at the Coop. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Firstly the funeral was very nice, however the problem started when collecting the ashes, we had asked for a white box but was told they didn't do them only given a choice of light or dark so chose light classic. On collection the box was nothing like the one in brochure it looked more like what kids club would knock together at BQ it was nasty, obviously we complained and would not accept, they said it would be changed, we then found out they or rather Shaun had lied to us as they do white boxes, his excuse was they take to long to come after ordering ( not his decision to make ) So second box was ready and it was the wrong one again also another we had not been shown but one we would not have chosen even if been given the choice, but more upsetting was the date of death was wrong should have read 1st Feb but instead said 2nd March, these are not mistakes that are acceptable no due care taken will never use again or recommend
