Partner ordered flowers for her Mum and specifically asked that they be delivered after 1pm as her Mum was attending a family get-together and wanted the flowers to arrive when she and everyone else were there...They arrived at 10am ...Partner also asked that the flowers be Creams and Pale pinks they arrived and they were bright pinks and purples..And if they are going to make a delivery charge of 3 on a 40 bouquet from Armthorpe to Intake then they should be delivered at the time you specifically asked for them. Was previously charged 10 to deliver to Barnburgh which also weren't delivered at the time asked. The flowers are good but sadly not what asked for , my partner orders flowers on a regular basis and she won't be ordering from flower basket again they need to get not just the flowers right but the delivery too as they aren't cheap!! Seems that the owner only responds to positive feedback not so sure how they are going to improve their service with this being the case

A Very disappointed service, not at all professional. To take advantage of grieving parents. Who only wanted the best for their little boy . The flowers were terrible, especially for the price they were quoted. These were not done in a professional manner. Flowers were falling off before even getting to the Crem. The flowers and base /ribbon cost less than 20 pound. They made 50 pound profit they were utterly scammed. These were the only flowers on My Grandsons little coffin all other flower donations went to Children's Charity. At least 30 pound of it could of gone to charity and still gives them 20 pound profit. Really basic flowers I have never been so annoyed in my life.
