Totally disgusted ordered 2 different meals for 5 adults and 2 children Meal 1 was 2 Donna wraps with chips garlic mayo and chilli sauce, fishcake few chips and peas the problems are 1- no chips 2- meals cold, 3- kebabs greasy salad stopped all the grease coming through the pitta bread and it was cold, fishcake freezing and looked like it had been there all day, peas was sloppy and cold, totally waste of money. Meal 2 the donna meat was freezing cold, garlic mayo had peppers in the person ordered plain mayo and when this was taken back he said we are people have said it's spicy but that's how they make it no pitta bread what was ordered the meal was cold and meat was like rubber. Childrens menus I couldn't eat it due to it being cold and will not have his food microwaved cheeseburger was like rubber and the mayo was so spicy, sausage and chips meal should have come with gravy no gravy arrived but paid for it, fish and chips was cold and greasy and looked disgusting. Can you see the pattern cold, greasy, disgusting, incomplete orders. No place to put pictures on and will find a way. I have added pictures to the website photographs cannot get them on here just look you will see how bad it was

Just got 2 chip buttys had to throw away not a soft chip in any of them even wen I soaked um in vinegar they never softened

Worst place tried double chicken fillet and got two nuggets in a bun, with onions in it, Not recommend

First time when I went there, i tried cod fish and few weeks later tried haddock fish. Cod fish batter was not that good as it wasn't crispy, it was rather soggy and "doughy" even though I had it straight away after buying it. Haddock fish was tender ,flaky and batter was perfect and crispy, and far better than cod. Staff was quite friendly.
