Just had all windows replaced and front door and surround replaced. We are very pleased with the results. Ray and his team have done an excellent job. The work was done on time and the men were lovely and also cleaned up after themselves , though to be fair they made little mess. We were extremely satisfied with the price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Great Big Window company. Thank you.

Cannot recommend them highly enough as they were brilliant from start to finish. Mark was hugely helpful in making sure we chose the right windows for our house and the fitting team (father and son) were great. All done at a very good price.

Excellent customer service by Ray and his team. Our doors have been replaced previously. Craig and Russ have just finished the windows today. Professional service. Hard working. Neat and tidy. Extremely pleased with the windows. Cannoy recommend this company enough. Thanks again.

Just had 5 new windows and patio doors fitted. Fantastic company, attention to detail and customer service are incredible! Fitting was seamless, left everything spotless afterwards and they look amazing. They even came out to secure the old patio doors (nothing to do with them) whilst we were waiting for the new ones, because we had a short trip to London booked and couldn't get the doors to close! Now that is exceptional! Ray kept in touch throughout and made everything easy. Not only do you get a 10 year guarantee but it is backed by insurance so you are always covered even if they ceased trading. We have had some poor tradespeople previously but this team and our roofers have really restored our faith in quality tradespeople who take pride in their work. 100% recommend them!
