        Moved to a different doctor's surgery because this place just became useless with helping any medical emergency. If I needed an appointment in the past couple years I would just be told to either wait or get declined. So glad I moved to a much better doctor's surgery. This place used to be good however it has gone downhill a lot recently.

        On phone from 8am till 9.30 to be told no appointments for my child told me to ring back tomorrow why to be told same thing ? Absolutely disgusting is this what the NHS has became

        Rudest reception staff who are not qualified to give medical advice yet choose to do so anyway which is utterly negligent. Will be moving doctors, I am sick and tired of dealing with this surgery which ends up in nothing but frustration due to the lack of customer service and understanding towards any medical situation.
