The Regent Square Group Practice

Rude receptionist, not very helpful or sympathetic.

I've been a patient of Regent Square for a number of years now and each year that goes by the level of service declines. I not someone who regularly has to be seen thank god as the service is shocking even for a routine blood test I've now had to travel to a drive though to get the test done. When you do go to the group practice I have never seen anymore than 2 people sat waiting inside so how can they say they are busy where is there duty of care to me they don't give a service anymore you never get to see a doctor, and since when does a member of staff that sits at the front desk answering the phone be considered as qualified to give judgement over who you see on private medical matters that you only wish a doctor to hear and discuss

Rang at 10:30 this morning - appointment booked for 13:10 with no issues. Visited the surgery and was shouted in more or less straight away, the nurse practitioner was very friendly, thorough and caring. Prescription done and hopefully me on the mend. Would really recommend this surgery, Ive had no problems. Being in contact with a lot of GP surgerys all over Doncaster Id 100% say this is one of the best ones!
