Just waited nearly 2 hours on hold to try and make an appointment for my smear, last one got cancelled cos the nurse had covid, I hung up after being number 1 in the queue for over an hour. This is ridiculous

Dangerous avoid took 4 weeks too add me as new patient 6 weeks not sorted prescriptions and messing me about putting phone down when first asked avoid at all cost 2 hour wait too call them very bad service even gave all evidence wat needed cant tie there own shoe laces errr AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
