Doncaster Dental Centre

Ive been a patient at this dentist for over 36 years and always seen Mr Sics, who was great. Unfortunately have had to change dentists due to his hours being reduced and service/ attitude of other dentists since has been absolutely awful. After having more than 6 appointments cancelled in the last 4 years by the practice and then seeing 2 dentists in the last 2 months Im very disappointed by their attitude and telling me my teeth are not in a good state. Then the incredibly loose application of the NHS dental al banding payment system is shocking, expecting patients to pay private prices for what should be available on the NHS treatment plans- disgusting behaviour without the private practice friendliness and so patronising as well. I work in the NHS and have worked in dental contacting so very disappointed with these recent conversations and experiences - absolute waste of everyones time, especially when Ive travelled over an hour for treatment that didnt happen.

Have been with this dentist since about 1968 it was pinders then I have always been satisfied mr White was the best dentist i ever had in my life I was so lucky to have his care and more recently this practice has supported me through the covid period and given me appointments then the reception staff have always been very helpful and do their best for you .the dentists dont seem to stay long now it may be the same anywherethey are not being looked after by the government and getting extra appointments is not easy unless you are emergency because they are so busy its worryingif you arent sure if youre ok to wait or will you end up losing teeth but nobody wants to be a nuisance the nhs dentists are under too much pressure .im happy to give my best review they do deserve it .

Appalling customer service change practitioner's or best to avoid like covid prices have sky rocketed.The place looks to have changed hands.

Absolutely disgusting uncalled for attitude from receptionist! Always slightly rude but today has seen i will never return. It really has gone down hill in the last few years.

My wife and I have used this practice for a number of years nice people nothing is too much trouble, would highly recommend them
