They say that they have delivered my item but they have not. I have been here all day and we gave cctv and there has been no delivery nor any attempt to deliver. I have tried to contact Amazon but it says that I have to contact the deliverer but when I tap the "find your delivery company" button it just goes back to a page that says "Your item has been delivered ". I try to contact Amazon customer services but it just says "Sorry, we cannot help you". This is a business address, I am the ONLY person here at the moment due to a skeleton staff re. COVID19 and it says that it was "handed to resident" (see picture), which is a complete and utter lie and also, there are no "Residents" as this is a business premises. I have contacted the police to report the theft of my item / the obtaining money by deception by Amazon fraudulently taking my payment but not delivering my goods. If a review of zero was possible, then I would have given it.
