        It is not where the address says it is from the photo " we moved " and at the actual address is closed everything

        Richard is a great professional ..reasonable prices, neat finishes..made invoice books, business card and some posters for me...recommended...

        Awful customer service, I would even go as much as saying no customer service at all. Called the place up to find out if they would print on small label cards, and I even offered to come and visit the shop so that the guy could see what I meant. In return the person on the phone was extremely rude, told me not to come as they were closed even though it was 1h 30mins before their advertised closing time. I apologised and said that I assumed they were open since he picked up the phone but in return I got even more rude remarks. I definitely will not be using this place even if their products would be great because of the way Ive been treated. I would give no stars if I could, however 1 is the least I can do.
