        Lovely little place in the Frenchgate Centre, always people in there. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I love their jacket potatos but they do a great selection of hot food and snacks as well as teas and coffees.

        Went in this cafe for hot chocolate and a coffee with my dad bearing in mind I've got young onset parkinson's . Whilst my dad was stood in the que getting the drinks I started to walk up stairs to go get a seat like I always to which the counter staff started shouting at me across the Room that I couldn't go upstairs and sit down until we had got the drinks and paid for them and I mean they were shouting really loud and really a abruptly I felt totally shown up and embarrassed. I definitely won't be using this cafe again there was just no need for them to shout at me the way they did

        I think this place is reasonable. The lift behind here needs fixing though. Its a thames valley logic generic that goes 1 ft a second and I got stuck in it for 10 minutes
