Closes at 6pm got there at 5.15pm to be told takeaway only keeps closing restaurant earlier and earlier every week 6 closing should be 6 closing not 515pm Burger King luckly let's you eat in till 6

Went in recently to claim the deals and offers off the app but QR code scanner wasn't working on the self service machines. Waited at the till counter instead to claim the offers was served quite quickly for the lunch hour ...by a friendly member of staff that help me claim my rewards and offers and even though my order had to be rang through as two separate orders she arranged to have both orders packed in one bag. Waited 5ish minutes, order was handed to me by the same server she assured me that both orders where in the bag. Everything was as ordered, All in all good, helpful, freindly service. Thankyou.

No hand sanitisers available in or around this outlet. Manager said it was broken. What was broken? This is illegal! For your own safety don't eat here - do you remember Covid?

Used to get a decent portion but the portion sizes seem to have been shrinking for a while now but today just took the absolute mick. Although I paid and ordered for a meal I received the smallest portion or chips and popcorn I've ever seen. Used to get atleast double that but now it's barely enough to feed a small child. The amount I got for the price is disgusting. Is it 10p-15p per chip now? I've actually seen more in a child's meal. Very disappointed. This is my local so usually my go to kfc but starting to be put off from going. Lots of times I've had things missing like chips missing from meals (atleast 2 times off top of my head) or ordered a large and got a small chips or a drink I ordered and paid extra for was apparently out of stock so was given something different but not reimbursed the difference (this has happened atleast 3 times). Sauces missing (more times than I can count) or gravy missing (this has happened atleast 3 times) another time I had a fillet missing. Could've made up 2-3 full meals with the amount of things I've had missing and the above is just what I remember for sure off top of my head but I know their was more. The portion sizes are better from the kfc on the High Street or atleast from personal experience. Aparently at the frenchgate one they're ration sizes and not worth what you pay. I also feel like I can't say anything sometimes as if I notice before I leave their is a particular member of staff who is very argumentative with an attitude. I ordered a large and she gave me a regular sized drink. I mentioned this and with an attitude she said they've run out of large cups. I said I've paid for large and can't she just do a large in a medium and a small cup to make up the difference she scoffed, notched up the attitude even more and sid no we don't do that. I tried to say I'd paid for a large not a regular so I want what I paid for but she wasn't budging. I was disgusted at how she spoke to me and her attitude in a customer facing role. I'm always polite at respectful even when faced with someone like her but now if I see her I know if theirs any issues it won't get fixed. On other occasions if the same has happened with them running out of large cups the staff have been lovely and without even asking gave me a regular and small or just 2 regular sized cups. Luckily she is the only one who seems to have an argumentative attitude with customers as all the other staff have always been really nice.
