Communication is appalling. There is an automated switchboard but frequently, none of the options are answered. I was quoted a figure of 1500 for the marketing of a property by the agent who attended, which I accepted. I was then issued with an "initial marketing" invoice for 780 which was in addition to the 1500 ! I told them that I was not accepting this additional invoice and cancelled the agreement. The company then sent me an invoice for 600 cancellation fee ! Unsurprisingly, I am refusing to pay this. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs! The problem was solved by the office manager. Thank you!

Absolute shambles of an agency. Took forever for them to come and sort problems out at the property, but if they had just helped when it was reported it would have been resolved but instead they let the property rot with us living in it. My partner got ill from the mould and was taken to hospital and they still did nothing. Our extraction fan was installed the wrong way so cold air was blowing into our bathroom, mould mites grew from the mould, we did our best to clean it. It took forever for new windows to be installed after Barnsdales kept saying it was ventilation but it was the fact that our windows were blown. Eventually we had to move out and after we moved they finally managed to get an expert who said it was unliveable and our complaints should have been dealt with and that we were right and Barnsdales said that they were going to probably sort it, then after a few months our downstairs neighbour who we kept in touch with told us that nothing had been done about it and then without any warning, Barnsdales have now decided that the experts were wrong and the property is good to live in, what a joke and have now asked our ex neighbour to move out. Just so then they can probably put a lick of paint on the wall and have new people move in to deal with the same problems we did. I see humans but no humanity, just a money run shambles. Id give them no stars to be honest.
