Tried phoning, but no answer after afew days of ringing. I was then advised to email them and they got intouch after a few day. So I would recommend emailing instead of trying to phone. The email address is on the website.

When I first came across dial they helped me by assisting me with my form for my child however recently I have a renewal and the service says there helplines are still open yet when you ring they cut you off which is playing on anxieties of people wanting help and advice , I have sent emails I have rang 20 times this morning alone with no response but them putting phone down . For advice service ther services are lacking at present I feel and my anxious about the renewal are more prominent now .

Good day. Unfortunately I can't share my experiences of dial Doncaster, as it's impossible to speak to them to try and receive a appointment. When telephoning you get an answer phone message which tells you the answer phone is unable to take anymore messages. I've even tried going through the website and emailing dial which doesn't work as well.. why not change your answer phone messages or employ more staff.. none of this is helping anyone who's in the a Desperate position. And just causes really bad feelings about dial. I feel ashamed writing this review.. when I could be writing something a lot more helpful.
