I have nothing but praise and admiration for the incredible care from the ladies at Orchids in Bawtry. They provided outstanding care for my mum and dad and every single day went above and beyond. Extremely professional, kind and dedicated and just fantastic people all round. Thank you so much for everything you did, we are incredibly grateful x

I could not have asked for more from the team. We had help for a short but difficult period for my 93 yr old mum and they were excellent.

Terrible care company, two of their Carers left my mum when she fell in the bathroom on their calls to her , it was reported to Doncaster Council Safeguarding. My response to owner, No way is your response correct, it was reported to Safeguarding by the Paramedics, after I found her , and your care staff definitely did not contact DMBC Falls Team, my mum was not safe or warm she was lying on her cold bathroom floor in the middle of winter in her nightdresses, she was in considerable pain and stayed in hospital for a number of weeks perhaps you have also forgot about me contacting the Police too, .

Check your invoices. This company swindled hundreds of pounds saying hours were being used. I had carers sign in and out at the same time I signed to prove false statements. Others in a more vulnerable situation won't do this and trust the company is honourable. Be careful which care company you choose for yourself or loved one and check your invoices every month.
