Tom provide fantastic service. He is a very warm, helpful and patient. knows the answer to all questions and if he is not sure, he finds the answer very quickly. I am very pleased that Tom sold to my parents the car. I highly recommend him to everyone as a great Riverside Volvo Doncaster seller.

I recently bought a Volvo XC40, Mia Burroughs in sales was amazing throughout the entire process from beginning to end. She made sure the communication was on point, we collected the car from Volvo and Mia helped to plan the journey making it a easy process on day of collection. She called a few days later to see how we were getting on and if there was anything else we needed. I highly recommend the Volvo garage.

I have recently visited Riverside Doncaster and purchased my dream car an XC90. My first look at the car with Kye (Sales Apprentice) was great, he walked me through all of its features and took me out for a drive; to summarise I was impressed and if previous experiences with other not so reputable companies hadnt held me back Id have bought it there and then. I returned a week or so later and met a wonderful product specialist called Tom B, he was exceptional from the off, he hasnt been in the role long but he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and supportive; fair to say after another look at the car and a brief discussion of price I took the plunge for the deal. I was truly elated, my excitement heightened by the fact I was being looked after by such a great consummate professional; said professional even came in on his day off to do the vehicle handover and bought me a box of chocolates as a thank you gift for his first sale to handover. It has been a true privilege dealing with Riverside Doncaster and every member of staff I have encountered, I will be sending a personal email to the company heads informing them of the great work of Kye and Tom. Riverside please ensure these members of staff receive the praise and commendation they deserve as they are a true credit to your business and will serve you well in their future careers.
