Just been to look at a car for brother in laws son and couldn't fault it at all and the bloke at the garage was really helpful would definitely buy another car from there

Bought my car at the end of July, the day after I bought it the brakes when and in fairness they sorted it out fairly quickly. However, there was no log book when I bought it and we filled out paperwork to send off for a new one which was clearly never done because I still havent received anything, which means I havent been able to tax my car. When I called about it the first time I was told they would look into and get back to me which again never happened so I sent text messages and tried calling multiple times and all efforts to get it touch have been avoided, so I now havent been able to used my car for weeks. Ive had to redo the paperwork for a log book and have also had to have the car SORN. DO NOT use these people they clearly dont care about the customer which is funny considering they wouldnt stop banging on about how its a small family business who tries to do everything they can for customers. Awful experience.
